Instead of putting your live Christmas Tree out for the trash, please take it to the left side of the Clubhouse, (behind the basketball court and to the left of the pool fence.) The trees are going to be used in the lake to help increase the fish population
HALLOWEEN HAYRIDE
We had at least 50 people present and they came back to the Clubhouse for hot chocolate and cup cakes. Thanks to all who helped with the Hayride.

NEW FINANCIAL MANAGER

THERE APPEARS TO BE SOMEONE GOING AROUND SUMMERTREE TAKING SACKS OF GARBAGE BEFORE THE WASTE TRUCK ARRIVES. THIS COULD BE AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY THAT WOULD REVEAL ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION WITHOUT FIRST SHREDDING OR OTHER MEANS TO RENDER IT HARMLESS TO YOU. THE MADISON POLICE ARE POWERLESS WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING GARBAGE THROWN OUT ON THE CURB.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS AT YOUR HOMES OR THE CLUBHOUSE. ONLY PARK IN DRIVEWAYS OR THE STREET. THANK YOU

More and more walkers are taking advantage of the weather to exercise. For your information, it is .8 of a mile around the Woodgreen circle.

The hummingbirds will soon travel back to South America and will need to increase their body weight for the long journey. Keep your feeders full.Remember not to put red food coloring in the feeder sugar water. This harms the birds kidneys.

When fishing at the lake, please park at the clubhouse and not on the road. Thank you.


Please refrain from feeding the wildlife living in the woods behind Summertree. This encourages their intrusion into the neighborhood.

WARNING!! The Madison Police are watching our stop signs closely. Run them at your peril. Also slow down. The speed limit in Summertree is 25 MPH.

REMINDER !! All pets must be kept on a leash when outside.

If you are reroofing, painting, installing a fence or other improvements on your property, you are required by the City of Madison and the Village of Woodgreen to submit your plans BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. You can download the correct form on the INFORMATION page of this website.

Non-Accepted Recycled Items: Glass, Batteries, Household Chemicals, Food Waste, Plastic Bags Holidays: Neither Garbage nor Recycle will be picked up on the following holidays and these days will not be made up: New Year’s Day.
