Please refrain from feeding the wildlife living in the woods behind Summertree. This encourages their intrusion into the neighborhood.

WARNING!! The Madison Police are watching our stop signs closely. Run them at your peril. Also slow down. The speed limit in Summertree is 25 MPH.

If you are reroofing, painting, installing a fence or other improvements on your property, you are required by the City of Madison and the Village of Woodgreen to submit your plans BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. You can download the correct form on the INFORMATION page of this website.

Non-Accepted Recycled Items: Glass, Batteries, Household Chemicals, Food Waste, Plastic Bags Holidays: Neither Garbage nor Recycle will be picked up on the following holidays and these days will not be made up: New Year’s Day.
